Why ?
I spend a lot of time at Proboards Support. I see several Admins coming in
to complain that their board was 'Hacked'. In reality their password or
accounts were 'Cracked'.
This site and the Safetynet message board, should assist you in protecting
your accounts.
If you follow the advice in full, i will not guarantee you won't lose your sites,
but it will make 'Cracking' harder, and should you lose your message board,
there is a method to restore your headers and footers and all the board settings
